The PQ340H/Y hard-seal eccentric ball valve utilizes an eccentric valve body, eccentric ball, and valve seat. As the valve stem rotates, it automatically centers itself along a common trajectory, tightening further during closing to achieve a perfect seal. The ball and seat are completely separated, eliminating wear on the sealing ring and overcoming the problem of constant wear between the sealing surface and the ball in traditional ball valves. Non-metallic elastic material is embedded in the metal seat, providing excellent protection for the seat’s metal surface. Structural Features
1. The valve seat features an external step that mates with the internal step of the valve body, preventing the ball from jamming or disengaging from the seat.

During closing, the valve tightens further, achieving a perfect seal. Therefore, the eccentric hemispherical valve offers reliable and safe sealing performance. During valve opening and closing, the ball completely disengages from the seat, eliminating wear on the sealing surface and overcoming the problem of constant wear between the valve seat and ball sealing surfaces in traditional ball valves.
