Ball Valves Specifications
Size Available
Specify the nominal size and required bore for your project. Available sizes and face-to-face dimensions depend on the model. Ask KOZO for the current technical drawing and confirm installation dimensions before ordering.
Material Available
Body and trim materials vary by model and may include carbon steel, stainless steel and specified alloys. Seat options include soft-seated and metal-seated designs. Select materials for the medium, pressure and temperature, and confirm the applicable limits in the product datasheet.
Types Available
Zhejiang Kozo Valve Co., Ltd. mainly produces: ball valves, fully welded ball valves, forged steel trunnion mounted ball valves, forged steel floating ball valves, forged steel trunnion mounted ball valves, cast steel trunnion mounted ball valves, double eccentric half ball valves, eccentric half ball valves, top mounted eccentric half ball valves, forged steel ball valves, etc. The operation modes include: manual, worm gear drive, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic and other products.
Components Available
KOZO supplies floating, trunnion-mounted, top-entry, eccentric and fully welded ball valve designs. Body, seat, stem, actuator and connection options depend on the selected model. Confirm applicable standards, test reports and certification documents with our team before ordering.
Pressure, Temperature and Connection
Use the pressure-temperature rating, seat limits and connection dimensions in the selected model datasheet. Provide normal and maximum operating conditions and applicable standards. Ratings and packing materials must be confirmed for the specific valve; one general specification does not apply to every model.

Discuss Your Ball Valve Application
Share your medium, operating pressure and temperature, cycling duty and installation conditions. KOZO can review the available ball valve models and the specifications required for your project.
Ball Valve Features and Selection Considerations
Ball valves use a rotating ball to open or close the flow passage. Most isolation designs operate through a quarter turn and can be supplied with manual, pneumatic or electric actuation.
Full-bore designs can reduce pressure loss, while reduced-bore designs have a smaller passage. Flow resistance depends on the valve bore and operating conditions.
Soft-seated and metal-seated designs have different temperature, leakage and media limits. Confirm seat material, pressure-temperature rating, flow direction and actuator torque for the selected model.
Pigging suitability, cavity-pressure relief and bidirectional sealing must be confirmed for the specific design. Do not assume that every ball valve provides these features.
Ball Valve Coatings and Surface Protection
Specify the installation environment and any coating requirements, including surface preparation, coating type, thickness and colour. Confirm available treatments and inspection requirements for the selected valve with KOZO.
Ball Valve Material Selection
Select body, ball, stem, seat and sealing materials according to fluid compatibility, corrosion, pressure and temperature. Review the product datasheet and confirm the exact material grades and documentation before ordering.
Valve Manufacturing and Inspection Requirements
Specify the drawings, material documentation, inspection plan and valve testing requirements for your order. KOZO can confirm the manufacturing and inspection arrangements applicable to the selected product in the quotation and agreed technical documents.

Request a Ball Valve Quotation
Send your medium, size, operating pressure and temperature, connection type and quantity. KOZO will review your requirements and confirm suitable models and quotation details.
Ball valves can provide quarter-turn isolation with manual or powered operation. Maintenance requirements and pressure loss depend on the model and service conditions. Follow the manufacturer's installation instructions and flow-direction markings. Confirm whether the selected valve permits bidirectional sealing before installation.
