PQ340H, PQ340Y Hard Seal Eccentric Ball Valve
The PQ340H/Y hard-seal eccentric ball valve utilizes an eccentric valve body, eccentric ball, and valve seat. As the valve stem rotates, it automatically centers itself along a common trajectory, tightening further during closing to achieve a perfect seal. The ball and seat are completely separated, eliminating wear on the sealing ring and overcoming the problem of constant wear between the sealing surface and the ball in traditional ball valves. Non-metallic elastic material is embedded in the metal seat, providing excellent protection for the seat’s metal surface. This product is particularly suitable for media in the steel industry, aluminum industry, fiber, small solid particles, pulp, coal ash, and petroleum gas.
