Product Overview
The KOZO Orbit Plug Valve is designed for pipeline and process isolation where controlled plug movement, reliable shut-off and reduced sliding contact between sealing surfaces are required. Orbit-style plug valves typically combine lifting and rotational motion so the plug can disengage from the seats before turning.
How the Orbit Mechanism Works
Tijdens het openen, the plug first moves away from the seats and then rotates to the open position. Tijdens sluiting, it rotates into alignment and is then driven toward the seats. This motion can reduce rubbing compared with conventional plug rotation under full seat contact.
