Q641H, Q641Y Pneumatic High Temperature Ball Valve

The Q641H/Y pneumatic high-temperature ball valve consists of a metal hard-seal ball valve and a piston-type pneumatic actuator. The sealing surface uses a metal hard-seal valve seat, suitable for media with a temperature ≤500°C. The pneumatic high-temperature ball valve can be equipped with a valve positioner to input control signals (4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC) and a pneumatic power source for operation. It can also be equipped with a travel limit switch, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve, and a 0.4~0.7MPa pneumatic power source to achieve on/off operation, and sends out two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the valve’s opening and closing. The pneumatic high-temperature ball valve as a whole has advantages such as compact structure, small size, reliable operation, good sealing performance, easy maintenance, convenient installation, and strong adaptability.

The Q641H/Y pneumatic high-temperature ball valve consists of a metal hard-seal ball valve and a piston-type pneumatic actuator. The sealing surface uses a metal hard-seal valve seat, suitable for media with a temperature ≤500°C. The pneumatic high-temperature ball valve can be equipped with a valve positioner to input control signals (4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC) and a pneumatic power source for operation.
