Product Overview
The KOZO Cryogenic Extended Bonnet Ball Valve is designed for low-temperature process service such as LNG and air-separation systems. The extended bonnet moves the stem sealing area away from the coldest process zone, while seat and trim materials are selected for the validated minimum temperature.
Key Design Features
- Extended cryogenic bonnet.
- Floating or trunnion construction depending on size/class.
- PCTFE/RPTFE/metal-seat options.
- Flanged or butt-weld connections.
- 手动的, pneumatic or electric actuation.
Technical Specifications
| Valve Type | Cryogenic Ball Valve |

Selection Notes
Cryogenic capability depends on the complete materials list, stem extension, packing, seat system, bolting and cryogenic test procedure. A generic stainless-steel body does not by itself prove -196°C performance.
How to Specify This Valve
Please provide medium, minimum design temperature, size, class, body/trim, 座位, connection, 执行器, leakage requirement and cryogenic testing standard.
