Product Overview
The KOZO Cryogenic Extended Bonnet Ball Valve is designed for low-temperature process service such as LNG and air-separation systems. The extended bonnet moves the stem sealing area away from the coldest process zone, while seat and trim materials are selected for the validated minimum temperature.
Key Design Features
- Extended cryogenic bonnet.
- Floating or trunnion construction depending on size/class.
- PCTFE/RPTFE/metal-seat options.
- Flanged or butt-weld connections.
- יָדָנִי, pneumatic or electric actuation.
מפרט טכני
| סוג שסתום | Cryogenic Ball Valve |
|---|---|
| Bonnet | Extended Cryogenic Bonnet |
| Seat Options | PCTFE / RPTFE / מושב מתכת |
| End Connection | מאוגן / רתך בטן |
| Minimum Temperature | Project-specific; down to -196°C only for validated configurations |

Selection Notes
Cryogenic capability depends on the complete materials list, stem extension, packing, seat system, bolting and cryogenic test procedure. A generic stainless-steel body does not by itself prove -196°C performance.
How to Specify This Valve
Please provide medium, minimum design temperature, size, class, body/trim, seat, connection, actuator, leakage requirement and cryogenic testing standard.
