Q644F, Q645F Pneumatic Three-Way Ball Valve
The Q644F/Q645F pneumatic three-way ball valve is a three-channel rotary ball valve used for media diversion, merging, and flow direction switching. Any one of the pipes can be used as an inlet or outlet. Pneumatic three-way ball valves are available in two types: L-type and T-type, to meet different production process requirements. The L-type pneumatic three-way ball valve cuts off two of the three pipes, while the T-type pneumatic three-way ball valve allows for merging and diverting of the three connected pipes.

Q644F/Q645F pneumatic three-way ball valve is a three-channel rotary ball valve, used for medium diversion, confluence and flow direction switching. Any pipe can be used as the inlet or outlet. Pneumatic three-way ball valves are divided into two types: pneumatic three-way L-shaped ball valve and pneumatic three-way T-shaped ball valve, which can meet different production process requirements. The pneumatic three-way L-shaped ball valve cuts off two of the three pipelines, and the pneumatic three-way T-shaped ball valve realizes the merging and diverging of the three connected pipelines. The pneumatic three-way regulating ball valve is matched with the electric valve positioner. By inputting 4~20mADC signal and 0.4~0.7MPa air source, the operation can be controlled to realize the adjustment of pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level and other parameters. The pneumatic three-way reversing ball valve is equipped with a stroke limit switch, a solenoid valve, a pressure reducing valve and a 0.4-0.7MPa air source to realize switching operations, and sends two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the switching of the valve. Pneumatic three-way ball valves are widely used in chemical, petroleum, textile, electric power, food and pharmaceutical, refrigeration, aviation, aerospace, papermaking and other industrial fields.

(1) The fluid resistance is small, and its resistance coefficient is equal to that of a pipe section of the same length.
(2) Simple structure, small size and light weight.
(3) Tight and reliable. At present, plastic is widely used as the sealing surface material of ball valves, which has good sealing performance and has also been widely used in vacuum systems.
(4) It is easy to operate and can be opened and closed quickly. It only needs to be rotated 90° from fully open to fully closed, which is convenient for long-distance control.
(5) It is easy to maintain. The ball valve has a simple structure and the sealing rings are generally movable, making it easy to disassemble and replace.
(6) When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and valve seat are isolated from the medium. When the medium passes, it will not cause erosion of the sealing surface of the pneumatic three-way ball valve.
(7) It has a wide range of applications, with diameters ranging from a few millimeters to several meters, and can be applied from high vacuum to high pressure.
