1. The valve seat features an automatic wear compensation device, effectively ensuring the valve’s sealing performance.
2. The sealing ring, made of special materials, is characterized by high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and long service life.
3. The valve stem is integrally forged and tempered, achieving a hardness of HB220-250. The valve stem incorporates an anti-blowout design, and can be lengthened for underground applications.
4. According to customer needs, the ash discharge ball valve can be designed with an anti-static structure. Conductive springs are installed between the ball and valve stem, and between the valve stem and valve body, preventing static electricity from igniting flammable materials and ensuring system safety.
5. Various sealing pair forms are available, including soft-seal, hard-seal, and fireproof valve seat structures, depending on different operating conditions.
6. A grease-assisted sealing structure can be installed as needed, with grease valves added to the valve seat and valve stem for temporary sealing in emergencies.
