The KOZO Alloy 20 Ball Valve is intended for selected acid and corrosive chemical services where Alloy 20 materials are specified. Floating or trunnion-mounted construction can be selected according to valve size and pressure class.
Why Alloy 20?
Alloy 20 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy system containing molybdenum and copper. It is commonly considered for certain sulfuric-acid and chemical-processing applications. Cast versions may use ASTM A351 CN7M, while wrought/forged components use the applicable Alloy 20 material grade.

Selection Notes
Alloy 20 is not universally suitable for all acids. Concentration, nhiệt độ, áp lực , contaminants and fluid velocity should be evaluated before final material selection.
