Product Overview
The KOZO Alloy 20 Ball Valve is intended for selected acid and corrosive chemical services where Alloy 20 materials are specified. Floating or trunnion-mounted construction can be selected according to valve size and pressure class.
Why Alloy 20?
Alloy 20 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy system containing molybdenum and copper. It is commonly considered for certain sulfuric-acid and chemical-processing applications. Cast versions may use ASTM A351 CN7M, while wrought/forged components use the applicable Alloy 20 material grade.

Selection Notes
Alloy 20 is not universally suitable for all acids. Concentration, temperatuur, druk, contaminants and fluid velocity should be evaluated before final material selection.
