Product Overview
The KOZO Monel 400 Gate Valve is intended for marine, seawater and selected corrosive process systems where UNS N04400 nickel-copper alloy construction is specified. The wedge gate provides straight-through isolation with low flow resistance when fully open.
Why Monel 400?
Monel 400 is widely used in marine equipment and selected chemical systems. Its corrosion behavior depends on flow, temperatuur, deposits, oxygen level and galvanic interaction, so it should not be described as universally corrosion-proof.
