Product Overview
The KOZO Titanium Gate Valve is designed for on/off isolation in seawater, chloride-containing and corrosive chemical systems where titanium construction is specified. The wedge is withdrawn from the flow path when fully open to provide low flow resistance.
Why Titanium?
Commercially pure Grade 2 / TA2 titanium is widely used in marine and chemical equipment because of its passive oxide film and resistance in many oxidizing and chloride-containing environments. Titanium is not universally resistant to every reducing chemical, and galvanic interaction with dissimilar metals must be considered.

Selection Notes
The entire valve material list should be reviewed, including stem, wedge, seat, packing, gasket and bolting. Avoid blanket temperature claims based only on titanium body capability.

Please provide size, pressure class, medium, concentration, suhu, titanium grade, trim, end connection and operator.
