The sealing and structural design are unique to Kelico Company. It is suitable for long-distance pipelines and general industrial pipelines with Class 150~2500Lb and operating temperature of 80~550℃. Special considerations have been taken in its design of safety and harsh environment resistance. It is suitable for water, huile, vapeur, gaz, natural gas and other media.

1. All parts of this product are forgings
2. Adopt bottom-mounted valve stem and equipment inverted sealing structure
3. Adopt an inlaid valve seat, and an O-ring is installed behind the valve seat to ensure that the medium does not leak.
4. The sealing surface is made of nylon 1010. Its friction coefficient is usually 1/3 of that of Babbitt alloy, so it is a naturally slippery material. However, its bending strength, impact strength and high ductility are comparable to those of metal.
5. The sealing surface is made of STL alloy, which is wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant.
