The KOZO Titanium Swing Check Valve is designed for seawater, chloride-containing and corrosive chemical systems requiring automatic backflow prevention and titanium construction.
Why Titanium?
Grade 2 / TA2 titanium is widely used in marine and chemical service because of its passive oxide film and resistance in many oxidizing and chloride-containing environments. Final suitability depends on process chemistry and the complete valve material combination.

Selection Notes
Titanium can be unsuitable in some reducing environments and may be affected by galvanic coupling with dissimilar metals. Check-valve orientation and minimum flow should also be reviewed.
