The KOZO F51 Class 1500 Forged Trunnion Ball Valve is designed for high-pressure oil, گاز, chemical and other corrosive process services where duplex stainless steel construction and controlled operating torque are required. The reference configuration uses ASTM A182 F51 duplex stainless steel, a PEEK seat, RF flanged ends, worm-gear operation and a split-body trunnion-mounted design.
In a trunnion-mounted valve, the ball is mechanically supported rather than relying on the seats to carry the full ball load. This arrangement helps reduce seat loading as line pressure increases and is commonly selected for higher pressure classes and demanding isolation duties.
Why ASTM A182 F51 Duplex Stainless Steel?
