Top-mounted/top-operated eccentric ball valves utilize an eccentric valve body, eccentric ball, and valve seat. As the valve stem rotates, it automatically centers itself along a common trajectory, tightening further during closure to achieve a perfect seal. The ball and seat are completely separated, eliminating wear on the sealing ring and overcoming the problem of constant wear between the sealing surface and the seat in traditional ball valves. Non-metallic elastic material is embedded in the metal seat, providing excellent protection for the metal surface. This valve adopts a double eccentric structure, utilizing the wedging effect of the eccentric wheel to achieve the closing and opening of the sealing pair, thus achieving reliable sealing pressure and rapid opening. Its advantages are as follows:
1. Due to the eccentric structure, the rotation radius of all points on the sealing ball is different. During closure, the sealing seat tightens further, forming sufficient sealing pressure and providing excellent bidirectional sealing.
2. The valve disc adopts a fully circular straight-through design, providing a full-flow structure when open, offering excellent flowability and linear adjustment performance.
3. During long-term use, after wear, a new seal can be achieved by adjusting the sealing ring pressure sleeve, causing the sealing spherical surface to move forward by an equal amount.
