Worm gear eccentric ball valves are categorized by application into six major series: general-purpose valves, pipeline valves, slurry-specific valves, gas-specific valves, petrochemical-specific valves, and pulverized coal injection-specific valves. They are available in manual, هوائي, and electric operation, with eight pressure ratings (PN0.25～10.0Mpa) and hundreds of specifications (40～1000). Worm Gear Eccentric Hemispherical Valve Applications of Top-Mounted Eccentric Hemispherical Valve
General Purpose Valve: Reasonably designed and compact in structure, it features low flow resistance, good sealing performance, and easy and flexible operation. It is particularly suitable for low-pressure pipelines carrying media such as water, sewage, بخار, and pulp. It can be equipped with electric or pneumatic devices for remote automated operation. Pulverized Coal Injection Valve: An ideal device for controlling the solid conveying of dust-laden gases and particulate fluids, such as pulverized coal injection. It is widely used in various pipeline controls in blast furnace pulverized coal injection, pulverizing systems, and dust removal systems in metallurgical, mineral processing, and power production processes. It adopts a straight-through structure, ensuring smooth flow and preventing ash accumulation and blockage. The sealing pair is made of Co-Cr-W alloy material and undergoes special heat treatment, making the valve resistant to erosion and wear. The eccentric spherical surface of the valve has automatic compensation performance; by adjusting the bolts on the worm gear, the sealing pair can still achieve a re-sealing effect even under a certain degree of wear. Petrochemical Industry Special: Designed for high-pressure, high-temperature media in the petrochemical industry, filled with flammable, explosive, and easily corrosive media such as weak acids and alkalis. The worm gear eccentric hemispherical valve, specifically the top-mounted eccentric hemispherical valve, offers the following advantages:

When the sphere rotates 90 degrees, the entire inlet and outlet should present a spherical surface, thereby cutting off the flow.
