Product Overview
The KOZO 904L Stainless Steel Gate Valve is designed for corrosive chemical and acid-handling systems where UNS N08904 / 904L construction is specified. The wedge-gate design provides straight-through on/off isolation with low flow resistance when fully open.
Why 904L?
904L is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel containing elevated nickel, chromium and molybdenum with copper additions. It is used in selected sulfuric-acid and chloride-containing environments where conventional 316L may not provide sufficient corrosion resistance.

Selection Notes
904L is not universally resistant to every acid or chloride environment. Concentration, temperature, pressure, contaminants and the complete trim/packing materials should be reviewed.
