Product Overview
The KOZO 904L Stainless Steel Gate Valve is designed for corrosive chemical and acid-handling systems where UNS N08904 / 904L construction is specified. The wedge-gate design provides straight-through on/off isolation with low flow resistance when fully open.
Why 904L?
904L is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel containing elevated nickel, chromium and molybdenum with copper additions. It is used in selected sulfuric-acid and chloride-containing environments where conventional 316L may not provide sufficient corrosion resistance.

904L is not universally resistant to every acid or chloride environment. Concentration, Temperatur, Druck, contaminants and the complete trim/packing materials should be reviewed.
