The KOZO WCB Linear Motion Control Valve is designed for modulating control of flow, pressure, level or temperature in industrial process systems. A linear stem moves the plug relative to the seat, allowing the effective flow area to be adjusted continuously according to the control signal.

Trim Selection
Control-valve performance depends heavily on trim selection. Required Cv, pressure drop, noise, cavitation, flashing, erosion and leakage class should be reviewed before specifying plug, cage and seat materials.
Actuator and Positioner Options
Actuator thrust and fail action should be selected from differential pressure, stem force, air supply or electrical power, fail-open/fail-close requirement and required control speed. Positioners, solenoid valves, limit switches and air filter regulators can be supplied as required.
