Our ball valves are resistant to corrosion and durable. Ball valves offer the following advantages
1. Low fluid resistance. Ball valves offer the lowest fluid resistance of all valve types, and even reduced-diameter ball valves maintain very low fluid resistance.
2. Quick and convenient opening and closing: A simple 90° rotation of the valve stem fully opens or closes the ball valve, making it easy to quickly open and close.
3. Excellent sealing performance. The ball valve seat seal is typically made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, ensuring a secure seal. The sealing force of the ball valve increases with increasing medium pressure.
4. Reliable stem sealing. The valve stem only rotates during opening and closing, making the stem packing seal less susceptible to damage. The sealing force of the stem back seal increases with increasing medium pressure.
5. Since the ball valve only rotates 90° to open and close, it is easy to implement automated and remote control. Ball valves can be equipped with pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, gas-hydraulic, or electro-hydraulic actuators.
6. The ball valve passage is smooth and flat, preventing medium from accumulating, making it suitable for pipeline ball flow.
