Product Overview
The KOZO High-Pressure Pneumatic RPTFE Sleeved Plug Valve is designed for remote quarter-turn isolation in corrosive or demanding process systems where a reinforced PTFE sleeve and pneumatic actuator are preferred. The sleeve forms the primary sealing interface around the plug.

Actuator Selection
Actuator torque should be selected from valve size, pressure differential, sleeve friction, cycling frequency and air-supply pressure. Single-acting or double-acting operation can be considered according to fail-position requirements.
Selection Notes
RPTFE grade and allowable temperature must be checked against the actual medium. Hazardous-area or explosion-protection claims should only be stated when the supplied actuator certificate supports them.
