Product Overview
The KOZO WCB High-Performance Double Offset Butterfly Valve is designed for compact industrial isolation where reduced disc/seat rubbing and quarter-turn operation are required. The double-offset geometry moves the disc away from the seat early in the opening stroke, reducing friction compared with a concentric butterfly valve.

Double Offset vs Triple Offset
A high-performance double-offset valve commonly uses a resilient or polymer-based sealing system, while a triple-offset design typically uses metal-seated geometry for more severe temperature or pressure conditions. They should not be treated as interchangeable.
Selection Notes
Seat type, pressure class, fluid chemistry and temperature must be selected together. Actuator sizing should use the actual seating and dynamic torque for the chosen configuration.
