The KOZO High-Temperature Metal-Seated Ball Valve is designed for severe industrial service where conventional soft seats cannot withstand the required temperature or solids loading. Metal seating and hard-facing can be selected to improve wear resistance and maintain shut-off performance.

High-temperature capability must be based on the complete design, including body, ลูกบอล, seat hard-facing, stem packing, gasket, bolting and actuator/gear environment. One metal-seat configuration should not be generalized to all sizes/classes.
