Worm gear eccentric ball valves are categorized by application into six major series: general-purpose valves, pipeline valves, slurry-specific valves, gas-specific valves, petrochemical-specific valves, and pulverized coal injection-specific valves. General Purpose Valve: Reasonably designed and compact in structure, it features low flow resistance, good sealing performance, and easy and flexible operation. It is particularly suitable for low-pressure pipelines carrying media such as water, sewage, steam, and pulp. It can be equipped with electric or pneumatic devices for remote automated operation. (For non-corrosive media such as water, steam, sewage, pulp, and slurry)
Pulverized Coal Injection Valve: An ideal device for controlling the solid conveying of dust-laden gases and particulate fluids, such as pulverized coal injection. It is widely used in various pipeline controls in blast furnace pulverized coal injection, pulverizing systems, and dust removal systems in metallurgical, mineral processing, and power production processes. It adopts a straight-through structure, ensuring smooth flow and preventing ash accumulation and blockage. The sealing pair is made of Co-Cr-W alloy material and undergoes special heat treatment, making the valve resistant to erosion and wear. The eccentric spherical surface of the valve has automatic compensation performance; by adjusting the bolts on the worm gear, the sealing pair can still achieve a re-sealing effect even under a certain degree of wear. Petrochemical Industry Special: Designed for high-pressure, high-temperature media in the petrochemical industry, filled with flammable, explosive, and easily corrosive media such as weak acids and alkalis. Features include excellent sealing, corrosion resistance, easy opening and closing, and automatic removal of scale from the valve surface. Suitable for transporting crude oil, heavy oil, and other media, as well as in petroleum cracking, food processing, and other processes. (Petroleum, natural gas, coal gas, water, ฯลฯ)
Blast Furnace Gas and Gas Special: The sealing pair is made of Cr-Mn-Si hard alloy, which is fire-resistant, explosion-proof, and anti-static. The sealing pair can withstand high temperatures up to 560℃. Its corrosion resistance and anti-galling ability are more than 6 times that of stainless steel sealing pairs. It is particularly suitable for use in pipeline transportation and pressurization stations for coal gas, coke oven gas, water gas, ก๊าซเหลว, and natural gas. 8. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and seat are isolated from the medium, preventing erosion of the valve sealing surfaces during medium flow.
9. It has a wide range of applications, with pipe diameters ranging from a few millimeters to several meters, and can be used in applications ranging from high vacuum to high pressure. When the sphere rotates 90 degrees, the entire inlet and outlet should present a spherical surface, thereby cutting off the flow.
