Worm gear eccentric ball valves are categorized by application into six major series: general-purpose valves, pipeline valves, slurry-specific valves, gas-specific valves, petrochemical-specific valves, and pulverized coal injection-specific valves. They are available in manual, pneumatic, and electric operation, with eight pressure ratings (PN0.25~10.0Mpa) and hundreds of specifications (40~1000). These valves are a replacement for gate valves, globe valves, Y-type valves, and ball valves in the petroleum, chimico, metallurgical, power, and gas industries. Currently, they are widely used in pulverized coal injection in the steel industry, slurry, mother liquor, and alumina powder conveying in the alumina industry, idraulico (or dry) ash removal in the power industry, and in the petrochemical and gas industries.

Petrochemical Industry Special: Designed for high-pressure, high-temperature media in the petrochemical industry, filled with flammable, explosive, and easily corrosive media such as weak acids and alkalis. Features include excellent sealing, corrosion resistance, easy opening and closing, and automatic removal of scale from the valve surface. Suitable for transporting crude oil, heavy oil, and other media, as well as in petroleum cracking, food processing, and other processes. (Petroleum, gas naturale, coal gas, water, ecc.)
Blast Furnace Gas and Gas Special: The sealing pair is made of Cr-Mn-Si hard alloy, which is fire-resistant, explosion-proof, and anti-static. The sealing pair can withstand high temperatures up to 560℃. Its corrosion resistance and anti-galling ability are more than 6 times that of stainless steel sealing pairs.
