The Q941F electric ball valve is suitable for applications requiring frequent operation, two-position shut-off, and regulation. The ball valve is directly connected to the actuator, which has a built-in servo system, eliminating the need for a separate servo amplifier. Hard seal: Sealing material: metal-to-metal seal (such as stainless steel, carbide), surface hardness increased through precision processing (such as spraying, surfacing) (valve body HRC78, valve seat HRC72). High temperature and high pressure: It can withstand temperatures from -196°C to 600°C and pressures from 1.6-150MPa. It is suitable for steam, hot oil, high-pressure gas and other media. Corrosive media: The metal sealing surface is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion (such as highly corrosive fluids in chemical production). Media containing particles: The metal has high hardness, strong wear resistance, and is not easily damaged by particle erosion (such as coal, fiber media). Fire protection requirements: The metal structure remains stable at high temperatures and will not cause leakage due to material softening. Sealing: There are microscopic gaps in the metal sealing surface, and trace leakage is acceptable in industrial scenarios; high-precision hard-sealed ball valves (such as spring preload structures) can control leakage to very low levels. Wear resistance: The sealing surface has high hardness (such as valve seat HRC72), which is not easy to wear after long-term use and has a long service life. Operating force: The friction between metals is large, and the opening and closing torque is higher than that of soft-sealed ball valves, but the spring preload design can optimize the operating experience. Cost: The material and processing accuracy requirements are high, and the price is usually higher than that of soft sealing ball valves.

Soft seal: Sealing material: non-metallic material (such as PTFE, rubber), which is elastic and can compensate for processing errors. Structural features: Mainly floating ball type, the ball and valve seat are sealed through elastic deformation of soft materials. The sealing ring is usually designed to be movable and easy to remove and replace. Clean low-pressure medium: suitable for clean fluids such as water, solvents, acids, gás natural, etc., the pressure is generally lower than 6.4MPa. Low temperature environment: The operating temperature range is usually -40°C to 180°C. Exceeding the range may cause aging or deformation of the sealing material. Contains suspended particles: The ball has wiping properties when opening and closing, which can remove particles attached to the sealing surface, but long-term use may wear the sealing surface. Sealing: The soft material has good elasticity and can tightly wrap the sphere to achieve “vazamento zero”. It is suitable for scenes with strict leakage requirements (such as the food and pharmaceutical industries). Flow resistance: full-bore design, smooth flow path, small flow resistance, and low pressure loss. Operating force: small opening and closing torque, flexible operation, and easy for remote control. Maintenance: The sealing ring is a wearing part and needs to be replaced regularly, and the long-term use cost may be high.

Floating ball: The ball of the ball valve is floating. Under the action of medium pressure, the ball can produce a certain displacement and press tightly against the sealing surface of the outlet end to ensure the sealing of the outlet end. The floating ball valve has a simple structure and good sealing performance, but all the load of the working medium on the ball is transferred to the outlet sealing ring. Therefore, it is necessary to consider whether the sealing ring material can withstand the working load of the ball medium. When subjected to a higher pressure impact, the ball may deflect. This structure is generally used for medium and low pressure ball valves.
Floating ball: The ball of the ball valve is floating. Under the action of medium pressure, the ball can produce a certain displacement and press tightly against the sealing surface of the outlet end to ensure the sealing of the outlet end. The floating ball valve has a simple structure and good sealing performance, but all the load of the working medium on the ball is transferred to the outlet sealing ring. (4) Reliable stem sealing: Because the stem only rotates and does not move up or down, the stem packing seal is not easily damaged, and the sealing capacity increases with increasing medium pressure.

(5) Due to the good self-lubricating properties of materials such as PTFE, friction loss with the ball is low, extending the service life of the ball valve.

(6) The bottom-mounted stem and the raised step on the stem head prevent the stem from being ejected. If a fire causes damage to the stem seal, the raised step can still form metal-to-metal contact with the valve body, ensuring the stem seal.
