Q41F46 Corrosion-resistant PTFE-lined ball valve are available in two structural types: split two-piece and three-piece. In addition to having low fluid resistance, fast opening and closing speed, and simple structure, ball valves with FEP lining have extremely high chemical stability and can be used with any highly corrosive substances except for molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine.

The Q41F46 PTFE-lined ball valve is available in two structural types: two-piece and three-piece. Besides its low fluid resistance, fast opening and closing speed, and simple structure, the FEP lining provides extremely high chemical stability, making it suitable for use with any highly corrosive materials except molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine. Employing a full-bore, floating ball design, the valve can achieve leak-free closure across the entire pressure range, facilitating pipeline cleaning and maintenance. The ball and stem are cast (forged) as a single unit, eliminating the possibility of the stem being ejected from the pressure-bearing component due to pressure changes, fundamentally ensuring safety in engineering applications. Its compact and rational structure minimizes the internal cavity space of the valve body, reducing media retention. Furthermore, a special molding process ensures excellent sealing surface density, and the herringbone annular PTFE packing combination achieves zero leakage.
