The Q641F/H pneumatic flange ball valve consists of a high-precision pneumatic actuator and a precision-cast ball valve. Het is hoofdzakelijk verdeeld in twee categorieën: pneumatische kogelkranen met zachte afdichting (≤200°) en pneumatische kogelkranen met harde afdichting (≤550°). Pneumatische kogelkranen hebben voordelen zoals een compacte structuur, klein formaat, betrouwbare werking, lage stromingsweerstandscoëfficiënt, goede afdichtingsprestaties, eenvoudig onderhoud, handige installatie, en sterk aanpassingsvermogen. Pneumatische kogelkranen kunnen worden uitgerust met eindschakelaars, magneetventielen, drukreduceerventielen, en een luchtbron van 0,4-0,7 MPa voor aan/uit-werking, en stuur twee paar passieve contactsignalen om het openen en sluiten van de klep aan te geven. Pneumatische flenskogelkranen zijn bijzonder geschikt voor toepassingen met viskeuze vloeistoffen, deeltjes, of vezelachtige media.

(1) The fluid resistance is small. The ball valve has the smallest fluid resistance among all valves. Even the reduced diameter ball valve has a very small fluid resistance.
(2) The thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve stem, making the valve stem’s long-term operation balanced and flexible.
(3) The valve seat has good sealing performance, and the sealing ring made of polytetrafluoroethylene and other materials is used. The structure is easy to seal, and the valve sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the increase of the medium pressure.
(4) The valve stem seal is reliable. Since the valve stem only rotates and does not move up and down, the packing seal of the valve stem is not easily damaged, and the sealing capacity increases with the increase of the pressure of the medium.
(5) Since materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene have good self-lubricating properties, the friction loss with the ball is small, which helps the ball valve have a long service life.
(6) The bottom-mounted valve stem and the convex steps on the valve stem head prevent the valve stem from spraying out. If the valve stem seal is damaged due to fire, metal contact can also be formed between the convex steps and the valve body to ensure the valve stem sealing.
