PQ640H-1.6 Pneumatic Eccentric Semi-Ball Valve
The KOZO manufacturer catalog lists PQ640 with H, Y and F sealing-code alternatives above the 1.6 MPa (PN16) dimensional table on printed page 13. This page separates PQ640H-1.6 as one model product while preserving the catalog pressure spelling.
Features and application
The eccentric semi-ball structure combines a hemispherical closure member with an offset shaft arrangement. Select this pneumatic model for pipeline flow control or shutoff according to the process duty. Valve sizing, fluid compatibility, differential pressure, actuator torque and controls must be confirmed for the selected order.
Catalog specifications
- Model: PQ640H-1.6
- Nominal pressure: 1.6 MPa / PN16
- Listed dimensional range: DN40-DN1200
- Verbinding: flanged
- Bediening: pneumatisch
- Catalog sealing code: H
The model-table heading also lists body-material codes C, P and R. These are options, not separately verified material-specific products on this page. The H/F/Y letters identify distinct catalog sealing variants; the exact sealing material and temperature capability must be confirmed with KOZO rather than inferred from a shared drawing. No special-alloy, cryogeen, API fire-test certification, air-supply pressure or fail-safe configuration is asserted.
Illustration and order confirmation
The watermarked main image is the original PQ series valve-body sectional detail cropped from printed page 12. It is not a product photograph and does not show a pneumatic actuator or a pressure-, zitplaats- or material-specific finished assembly. The manual PQ340 series photograph has not been reused to impersonate a pneumatic model. Request a configuration-specific drawing, actuator specification and actual product photograph before order confirmation.
