The Q347Y-16/25C large-diameter metal hard-seal fixed ball valve is a new generation of high-performance ball valve, suitable for long-distance pipelines and general industrial pipelines. Its strength, safety, and resistance to harsh environments have been specially considered in its design, making it suitable for various corrosive and non-corrosive media. 1. Structural Features: The Q347Y-16/25C large-diameter metal hard-seal fixed ball valve is a ball valve with a fixed shaft, also known as a fixed ball valve. Fixed ball valves are mainly used for high-pressure, large-diameter applications. Depending on the installation of the valve seat seal ring, fixed ball valves can have two structures: a valve seat with a front seal on the ball and a valve seat with a rear seal on the ball.

2. Integral Structure: Features full-channel operation, emergency sealing, and fire resistance.

3. Full Bore: The valve flow passage diameter matches the pipe’s inner diameter, facilitating pipeline cleaning.

4. Blockage and Drainage: When the valve is closed, the upstream and downstream valve seats block the fluid flow, allowing accumulated material in the valve body cavity to drain. The drainage device has the following functions:
