Compared to floating ball valves, during operation, the force generated by the upstream fluid pressure on the ball is entirely transferred to the bearing, preventing the ball from moving towards the valve seat. Therefore, the valve seat deformation is small, the sealing performance is stable, and the service life is long, making it suitable for high-pressure, large-diameter applications. An advanced spring-loaded pre-seat assembly has self-tightening characteristics, achieving upstream sealing. Each valve has two seats, sealing in both directions, thus eliminating flow direction restrictions and allowing for bidirectional operation. This valve is available in two-piece and three-piece body structures. The middle flange is bolted together, and the seal uses reinforced PTFE embedded in a stainless steel ring. A spring at the rear of the steel ring ensures the valve seat remains tightly against the ball, maintaining a seal. Both upper and lower valve stems are equipped with PTFE bearings to reduce friction and simplify operation. The small shaft has no adjusting slab at the bottom, ensuring proper contact between the ball and the sealing ring. The full-bore structure ensures that the valve flow orifice matches the pipeline inner diameter, facilitating pipeline cleaning.

1. Structural Features: The Q347Y-16/25C large-diameter metal hard-seal fixed ball valve is a ball valve with a fixed shaft, also known as a fixed ball valve. Fixed ball valves are mainly used for high-pressure, large-diameter applications. Depending on the installation of the valve seat seal ring, fixed ball valves can have two structures: a valve seat with a front seal on the ball and a valve seat with a rear seal on the ball.

② Reduces valve contamination during media changes;

7. Emergency Sealing: When leakage occurs due to damage to the valve seat and valve stem seals, injecting sealing grease through the grease injection valve can provide an instantaneous emergency seal.
8. Extended Valve Stem: An extended valve stem is suitable for underground installations and cryogenic media. The extended dimension is determined according to requirements. Operating methods include manual, pneumatic, electric, pneumatic-hydraulic linkage, and hydraulic operation.
