Product Overview
The KOZO F51 Duplex Stainless Floating Ball Valve is intended for compact isolation service in chemical, offshore and chloride-containing process systems. The floating-ball structure uses line pressure to push the ball toward the downstream seat, providing a simple and compact sealing arrangement for small and medium valve sizes.
Why F51 Duplex Stainless Steel?
ASTM A182 F51 is a forged duplex stainless steel grade widely used where higher strength and improved chloride resistance are required compared with conventional austenitic stainless steels. Actual corrosion performance depends on temperature, chloride content, process chemistry, heat treatment and fabrication quality.

Selection Notes
Seat material should be selected separately from the body alloy. Differential pressure, 온도, cycling frequency and fluid chemistry all influence the final valve configuration.

FAQ
Is F51 the same as F53?
No. F51 is a duplex stainless grade, while F53 is a higher-alloy super duplex grade. They should not be substituted without engineering approval.
