QD347 שסתום כדור מתכת פלדה מחושלת
QD347 is the worm-gear-operated forged steel trunnion ball valve identified in the KOZO manufacturer catalog. The fixed-ball construction is offered for pipeline isolation, with flanged connections and a handwheel-operated gearbox.
Pressure and size selection
The catalog lists QD347 alongside QD47, QD647 and QD947 in separate dimensional tables for PN16, PN25, PN40, PN64 and PN100. Nominal sizes shown are DN50-DN700 for PN16-PN40 and DN50-DN600 for PN64-PN100. Pressure, body material, sealing specification and size must be selected together; the base model code alone does not specify a complete material or pressure configuration.
בַּקָשָׁה
The forged trunnion valve section describes natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and petroleum service. Confirm fluid compatibility, pressure-temperature limits and required testing with KOZO for the selected configuration.
Catalog reference
The QD347 photograph and model identification are taken from the manufacturer catalog, printed page 28; pressure-specific dimensional tables continue on page 29. The photo is an original catalog illustration, not a special-alloy or cryogenic configuration claim. Final dimensions and available configurations require confirmation before ordering.
