(1) Effortless Operation: The ball is supported by upper and lower bearings, reducing friction and eliminating excessive torque caused by the huge sealing load formed by the inlet pressure pushing the ball against the sealing seat.
(2) Reliable Sealing Performance: The PTFE single-material sealing ring is embedded in the stainless steel valve seat. A spring at the tail end of the metal valve seat ensures sufficient pre-tightening force for the sealing ring. When the sealing surface wears during valve use, the valve continues to maintain good sealing performance under the action of the spring.
(3) מבנה חסין אש: To prevent the PTFE sealing ring from burning due to sudden heat or fire, causing large leaks and fueling the fire, a fireproof sealing ring is installed between the ball and the valve seat. When the sealing ring burns, the spring force quickly pushes the valve seat sealing ring onto the ball, forming a metal-to-metal seal, achieving a certain degree of sealing effect. After pressure relief, the valve seat automatically resets.

When the transported medium is unclean or contains a small amount of particles, to protect the sealing surface and ensure a reliable seal, a corresponding cleaning agent or lubricant can be injected into this device to clean the sealing surface.
