1. The valve seat has an external step that mates with the internal step of the valve body, preventing the ball from jamming or disengaging from the valve seat.
2. Utilizing an eccentric valve body, eccentric ball, and valve seat, the valve stem automatically centers itself along a common trajectory during rotation. During closing, it tightens more and more, achieving a perfect seal. Therefore, the eccentric hemispherical valve offers safe and reliable sealing performance. When the valve opens and closes, the ball completely disengages from the valve seat, eliminating wear on the sealing surface and overcoming the problem of constant wear between the valve seat and ball sealing surfaces in traditional ball valves.
3. Non-metallic elastic material is embedded in the metal seat, providing excellent protection for the metal sealing surface of the valve seat.
4. The hemispherical notch creates a shearing effect between the ball and the valve seat, making it particularly suitable for media containing fibers, small solid particles, slurries, etc.
5. When fully open, it has a large flow capacity, low pressure loss, and the medium will not accumulate in the valve body cavity.
6. This product features precise adjustment and reliable positioning functions. Its flow characteristics are approximately percentage-based, with a large adjustable range and a maximum adjustment ratio of 100:1.
