AF-89 Low Temperature Resistant Soft Seal Float ValveThe AF-89 float valve belongs to the ball valve category. It is a piston valve with a float aded. It uses the lever principle and the rising or falling of the float to control the opening and closing of the piston valve. When the float rises, the piston valve slowly closes; when the float sinks, the piston valve slowly opens, making it a device for controlling water level.
The float valve is made entirely of stainless steel through die-casting technology, which ensures a perfect fit between the components and prevents corrosion, loosening, or jamming. This ensures that the ball valve can work stably for a long time. At the same time, the stainless steel components prevent chemical corrosion in high-humidity environments, keeping the drinking water pure and healthy.
The float valve features a unique dual-rod buoyancy transmission, which significantly increases the buoyancy of the ball, achieving a sealing pressure of over 8 kg, far exceeding the national standard of 6 kg. Working principle of float valve: When the water level in the pool (tower) drops, the float falls, and the pressure of the water in the pipeline opens the sealing surface of the ball valve, and the valve body opens to supply water. When the water level in the pool (tower) rises, the float rises, drives the small plunger, closes the small hole, and the sealing surface is sealed, and the valve stops supplying water.
