The KOZO C95800 Aluminum Bronze Pneumatic Trunnion Ball Valve is designed for marine, آب دریا, offshore and other corrosive process services where a nickel-aluminum bronze pressure-containing body is preferred. The reference configuration uses an ASTM B148 C95800 body, RPTFE seats, RF flanged ends and a single-acting pneumatic actuator.
Unlike a conventional floating-ball design, the ball is supported by trunnions. This arrangement reduces the load transferred to the seats as line pressure increases and is commonly selected for larger valve sizes or applications where lower operating torque and stable shut-off performance are important. The pneumatic actuator enables remote quarter-turn operation and can be configured for a defined fail position according to the project control philosophy.

Pneumatic Actuation
The reference valve is supplied with a single-acting pneumatic actuator. Spring-return actuators can be arranged as fail-close or fail-open depending on the process safety requirement. Actuator sizing should be based on valve torque, differential pressure, air-supply pressure, required safety factor and operating frequency rather than valve size alone.
Optional automation accessories may include a solenoid valve, limit-switch box, position indicator, air filter regulator, manual override and positioner where modulating control is required.
