Product Overview
The KOZO DIB-1 / DIB-2 Trunnion Ball Valve is intended for pipeline and process isolation where double-isolation-and-bleed seat arrangements are specified. The reference configuration uses a 24 in Class 300 ASTM A350 LF2 split-body trunnion valve with Devlon seats and RF flanged ends.
DIB-1 vs DIB-2
DIB-1: both seats are double-piston-effect (DPE) seats.
DIB-2: one seat is single-piston-effect (SPE) and the opposite seat is double-piston-effect (DPE).
The exact seat orientation and cavity-pressure behavior must be confirmed from the approved valve drawing and project philosophy.
