A ball valve’s opening and closing element is a ball, driven by the valve stem and rotating 90° around the valve’s axis to open or close. It can also be used for fluid regulation and control, primarily for cutting off, distributing, and changing the flow direction of media in pipelines. It features good sealing, convenient operation, γρήγορο άνοιγμα και κλείσιμο, simple structure, μικρό μέγεθος, χαμηλή αντίσταση, και μικρό βάρος.

1. Rotate the ball 90 degrees to the left via the valve stem to fully open the valve.

2. Rotate the ball 90 degrees to the right via the valve stem to fully close the valve.

Ball Valve Structure and Principle

1. A ball valve consists of a valve body, valve stem, sealing seat, and ball.

2. The ball core of the ball valve is circular, and the opening can be adjusted via an analog signal, achieving precise regulation.

3. Reliable sealing; using PTFE seals achieves zero leakage, suitable for gas and vacuum systems.

4. High temperature resistance; using PPL seals or metal hard seals, it can be used normally in some high-temperature gases or liquids.

5. Απλή δομή; the seal can be freely disassembled and the sealing material replaced, making it convenient to use.

6. Long service life; under normal operating conditions, frequent operation requires no seal replacement and can withstand 100,000 consecutive cycles.

7. Wide applicability; suitable for water, ατμός, αέριο, φυσικό αέριο, liquefied gas, and other fields, applicable to high vacuum systems and high pressures.

8. Due to the wiping effect during the opening and closing process, ball valves can be used in media containing suspended solid particles.

9. Full-bore structure; χαμηλή αντίσταση υγρών, large flow rate, and no flow loss. 10. Fast opening and closing speed: opening and closing only requires a 90-degree rotation, with the fastest opening time being 1 second.
