Product Overview
The KOZO Pneumatic Through-Conduit Knife Gate Valve is intended for slurry, pulp and solids-containing process streams where an open bore and remote pneumatic operation are required. The gate withdraws from the conduit when open, reducing obstruction in the flow path.

Actuator Selection
Cylinder thrust should be sized from line pressure, seat friction, gate size and expected solids loading. Single-acting or double-acting operation can be selected according to the required fail position.
Selection Notes
Internal geometry, blade material and seat design must match abrasion, corrosion, particle size and solids concentration. A generic knife-gate image should not be treated as proof of through-conduit construction.
