GQ47H Orbit Ball Valve Product Features
1. Frictionless opening and closing. This function completely solves the problem of sealing issues caused by friction between sealing surfaces in traditional valves.
2. Top-entry structure. Valves installed on pipelines can be directly inspected and maintained online. This effectively reduces plant shutdowns and lowers production costs.
3. Single seat design. Eliminates the problem of safety issues caused by abnormal pressure rise in the valve cavity.
4. Low torque design. The specially designed valve stem allows for easy opening and closing with just a small handwheel.
5. Wedge-shaped sealing structure. The valve seals by the mechanical force provided by the valve stem pressing the ball wedge against the valve seat. This ensures reliable sealing performance under various operating conditions, unaffected by pipeline pressure differences.
6. Self-cleaning structure of the sealing surface. When the ball tilts away from the valve seat, the fluid in the pipeline flows evenly along the ball’s sealing surface in a 360° arc. This not only eliminates the localized scouring of the valve seat by high-speed fluid but also washes away accumulated substances on the sealing surface, achieving a self-cleaning effect.
