The KOZO CN7M Alloy 20 Sleeved Plug Valve is designed for corrosive chemical service where Alloy 20 cast construction and PTFE sleeve sealing are preferred. The sleeve provides the main sealing interface around the plug, supporting quarter-turn shut-off without relying on direct metal-to-metal seating.
Why CN7M / Alloy 20?
ASTM A351 CN7M is a cast Alloy 20 grade used in selected sulfuric-acid and chemical-processing environments. Its nickel, Chrom, molybdenum and copper alloying system provides a corrosion-resistance profile that can be useful in services where conventional stainless steel is insufficient. Actual suitability must be checked against concentration, Temperatur, contaminants and pressure.
