Large-diameter eccentric ball valves
Large-diameter eccentric ball valves are widely used in low and medium pressure pipelines in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, and water supply industries, primarily as shut-off valves. This product can be further divided into top-mounted eccentric ball valves and side-mounted eccentric ball valves. According to application, this product is divided into six major series: general-purpose valves, pipeline valves, slurry-specific valves, gas-specific valves, petrochemical-specific valves, and pulverized coal injection-specific valves. There are three actuation methods: manual, pneumatic, and electric, with eight pressure ratings (PN0.25~10.0Mpa) and hundreds of specifications (40~1000) of ball valve products. In the petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, and gas industries, it is a replacement product for gate valves, globe valves, Y-type valves, and ball valves. Currently, it is selling well in the steel industry for pulverized coal injection, the alumina industry for conveying slurry, mother liquor, and alumina powder, the power industry for hydraulic (or dry) ash removal, the petrochemical industry, and the gas industry, among other applications.
Large-Diameter Eccentric Hemispherical Valve Product Features
1. Full-bore structure with a hemispherical valve core, providing a large flow area, extremely low flow resistance, and significant energy savings. Simultaneously, the sealing surface is not directly eroded, resulting in a long service life.
2. Top-entry structure allows for online maintenance. In specific working conditions, emergency repairs can be performed without disrupting the normal operation of the pipeline system, minimizing the economic losses caused by valve repairs.
3. When opening, the ball crown gradually approaches the valve body sealing surface, effectively removing scale and debris for reliable sealing.
4. Double eccentric structure eliminates wear during opening and closing. During opening, the ball crown quickly disengages from the valve body sealing surface with a short friction distance; when closing, the ball crown rapidly enters the valve body sealing surface, tightening as it closes, minimizing wear.
5. With long-term use, after wear on the sealing pair, the valve seat can be adjusted to restore a good seal.
