Please follow the following instructions for installation when purchasing our products:
a: Remove the protective caps on both flange ends and flush with the valve open. b: Before installation, the entire valve must be tested using the specified signal (electric or pneumatic) to prevent vibration from transport that may affect performance. Installation is permitted only after passing the test (wiring must follow the electric actuator wiring diagram).
C: Before connecting to the pipeline, flush and remove any remaining impurities from the pipeline (these impurities may damage the valve seat and ball).
d: During installation, do not use the valve actuator as a lifting point to avoid damage to the actuator and accessories.
e: This valve should be installed in a horizontal or vertical position on the pipeline.
f: The pipeline near the installation point must not sag or be subject to external forces. Use pipe supports or other supports to eliminate pipeline deviation.
g: After connecting to the pipeline, cross-tighten the flange bolts to the specified torque.
