VQ40F/H and VQ340F/H flanged and wafer type regulating ball valves is a rotary ball valve with a core valve seat made of metal, or a metal-to-PTFE sealing fit. It combines the best control characteristics of a ball valve and a butterfly valve into one, and can be used as both a control regulating valve and a shut-off valve. There is a shearing effect between the V-shaped cutout on the ball core and the metal valve seat, which is especially suitable for controlling high viscosity media containing fibers, solid particles and slurries. Pulp for the structural manufacturing paper industry is particularly superior. The valve has large flow capacity, small pressure loss, and the medium will not be deposited in the middle cavity of the valve body. The valve not only has approximately equal fractional flow characteristics and a large adjustable range, with a maximum adjustable ratio of 100:1, but also has the functions of precise adjustment and reliable positioning.

VQ40F/H and VQ340F/H flanged and wafer type regulating ball valves is a type of ball valve. Its closing element is a hemispherical body with a V-shaped opening. The V-shaped opening has a sharp cutting edge, and during the rotation of the ball, the closing elements have a wiping effect, providing a strong cutting force to the medium. The V-shaped opening of the ball and the valve seat flow channel form a fan-shaped area, which can change the cross-sectional area of ​​the flow channel during rotation, resulting in precise regulation of the medium. It is an angular rotation regulating valve, and its sealing performance is the same as that of a regular ball valve, giving it both regulating and on/off functions. It is used with pneumatic or electric actuators and is widely used in industrial process automation systems.

1. Integrated valve body structure: The wafer-type and flange-type V-shaped ball valve bodies are both integral side-mounted structures, with strong structural rigidity and not prone to deformation and leakage.
2. Upper and lower self-lubricating bearings: The valve body is equipped with upper and lower self-lubricating bearings. The contact area with the valve stem is large, the load-bearing capacity is high, and the friction coefficient is small, which reduces the torque of the valve.
3. The valve seat can choose metal hard seal or PTFE soft seal according to the needs of the medium and working conditions: the sealing surface of the metal hard-sealed valve seat is overlayed with hard alloy, and the spherical surface is hardened with hard chromium plating or spray welding, ion nitriding, etc. to enhance the service life of the sealing surface and improve its temperature resistance; the soft-sealed PTFE valve seat or enhanced PTFE valve seat has good sealing, corrosion resistance, and wide adaptability.
4. Economical and practical: The valve body is light in weight, the valve stem torque is small, and the pneumatic or electric actuator is equipped with corresponding small specifications. Compared with other types of control valves, it is cost-effective.
5. Wide range of medium adaptability: Due to the shearing force between the V-shaped opening and the valve seat, and the smooth and rounded flow channel in the valve cavity, the medium is not easy to accumulate in the inner cavity. Therefore, in addition to being suitable for liquid media, it is more suitable for system control of media with fibers and solid particles.
6. Precise control of small flow rates: By processing the special V-shaped opening of the small-diameter valve core, precise control of small Cv values ​​can be achieved.

Hard seal level: If the user has no special requirements, please follow the standard in the table. If the user requires it, it can be implemented in accordance with the GB/T4213-2007 V-level standard. The strength test pressure is 15 times the nominal pressure. The packing and flange sealing test is 11 times the nominal pressure. The valve seat seal is tested according to the maximum operating pressure difference. When the maximum operating pressure difference is unclear, the test is performed at 1.0MPa (water pressure). When the maximum pressure difference is less than 0.6MPa, the test is performed at 0.6MPa pressure. The medium is water with corrosion and scale inhibitors.
