Q641F Pneumatic Ball Valve US API

The Q641F/H pneumatic ball valve consists of a high-precision pneumatic actuator and a precision-cast ball valve. It is mainly divided into two categories: pneumatic soft-seal ball valves (≤200°) and pneumatic hard-seal ball valves (≤550°). Pneumatic ball valves have advantages such as compact structure, small size, reliable operation, low flow resistance coefficient, good sealing performance, easy maintenance, convenient installation, and strong adaptability. Pneumatic ball valves can be equipped with travel limit switches, solenoid valves, pressure reducing valves, and a 0.4-0.7MPa air source to achieve on/off operation, and send two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the valve’s opening and closing. Pneumatic flange ball valves are particularly suitable for applications involving viscous, particulate, or fibrous media. Pneumatic ball valves are widely used in industrial automatic control systems in petroleum, chemical, educational equipment, light industry, high-pressure equipment, pharmaceutical, and papermaking industries for remote centralized control or local control.

The Q641F/H pneumatic ball valve consists of a high-precision pneumatic actuator and a precision-cast ball valve. Q641F Pneumatic Ball Valve US API Product Features

(1) Low fluid resistance: Ball valves have the lowest fluid resistance of all valve types. Even reduced-bore ball valves have very low fluid resistance.

(2) Thrust bearings reduce stem friction torque, ensuring balanced and flexible operation of the stem over long periods.

(3) Excellent seat sealing performance: The sealing rings, made of materials such as PTFE, are easy to seal, and the sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with increasing medium pressure.

(4) Reliable stem sealing: Because the stem only rotates and does not move up or down, the stem packing seal is not easily damaged, and the sealing capacity increases with increasing medium pressure.

(5) Due to the good self-lubricating properties of materials such as PTFE, friction loss with the ball is low, extending the service life of the ball valve.

(6) The bottom-mounted stem and the raised step on the stem head prevent the stem from being ejected. If a fire causes damage to the stem seal, the raised step can still form metal-to-metal contact with the valve body, ensuring the stem seal.
