Features of Pneumatic Ceramic Rotary Valves
Ceramic rotary valves, also known as swing valves or disc valves, are industrial valves made of ceramic materials. They are mainly used in the dry ash system of thermal power plants as feed valves and discharge valves, and are also suitable for powder and granular material conveying systems in mining, chemical and other industries . The valve uses ceramic as the sealing material inside, and the valve plate and valve seat are made of wear-resistant ceramic, which has the characteristics of being erosion-resistant, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant . The valve is unidirectionally sealed when closed, and the gate can automatically rotate and grind during the opening and closing process, which has a polishing and self-cleaning function. It is flexible in opening and closing, without dust accumulation or jamming . Its service life is significantly longer than that of valves made of ordinary materials.
