The Q41F American standard flange ball valve is mainly used to cut off or connect the medium, and can also be used to regulate and control fluids. Valves designed, manufactured, produced and tested according to American standards are called American standard valves. Applicable to various pipelines from Class150 to Class1500. The closing part of the American standard ball valve is a ball. The ball rotates around the center line of the valve body to open and close the valve. Ball valves are mainly used in pipelines to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of media. There are mainly API and ASME standards, and ASTM is the material standard.

①Valve stem anti-fly-out structure: When the medium passes through the valve, the pressure in the valve body cavity may push the valve stem out. In order to prevent this from happening, a boss structure is set up at the lower part of the valve stem. In this way, even if the packing and thrust bearing are burned or damaged due to other reasons in a fire, the medium pressure in the valve body will make the valve stem boss be in close contact with the seal on the valve body, preventing a large amount of medium from leaking from the damaged packing part;
② Anti-static device: When operating the valve, due to friction between the ball and the valve seat of non-metallic materials such as PTFE, electrostatic charges will be generated and accumulated in the ball row. In order to prevent the generation of static sparks, an anti-static device is installed on the valve to discharge the generated static electricity;
③ Fireproof structure: Our company’s floating ball valve seat adopts a unique structure. When a fire occurs and the non-metal sealing surface material is burned, the metal ring uses the elastic force of the spring to push the valve seat and the ball to seal, thereby preventing the spread of fire and the outflow of the medium;
④ No leakage structure of the middle flange: The connection between the valve body and the left body is sealed by a gasket. In order to prevent seal leakage caused by factors such as fire, high temperature or vibration, the valve body is specially designed to be in metal-to-metal contact with the left body to form a stop flange to ensure no leakage;
⑤Automatic pressure relief structure: When the pressure in the middle cavity of the medium increases abnormally due to changes in the pipeline system pressure or medium temperature and other factors, the medium in the middle cavity can rely on its own thrust to push the valve seat and automatically release the pressure, thereby ensuring the safety of the valve.
